Will he consider reviving this idea to assist the most vulnerable and improve the UC system?

I thank my hon. Friend for his question. I know he shares my passion for supporting the most vulnerable in society, which is why we introduced Help to Claim to support people who need assistance accessing the welfare system. This service has been a huge success over the past year, helping more than 250,000 people. We have commissioned it for a second year.
