The Countryside Stewardship scheme aims to enhance environmental quality while providing value for money. Richard Holden inquires about the merit of expanding this programme.
What assessment has been made on increasing areas benefiting from countryside stewardship water quality priority areas? My local farmers are interested, especially those in the Wear valley.
