What action is he taking to mitigate these impending threats if he is not undertaking an impact assessment to understand them?
Context
The imposition of VAT on independent schools affects families' ability to choose the best education for their children, risking job losses and resource constraints.

I do understand that many parents across the country save hard to be able to send their children to private school because they have aspiration for their children, but so does every parent who sends their children to a state school. The problem is that we do not have enough teachers in key subjects in our state secondary schools. The Conservative party may be prepared to tolerate that, but I am not. That is why we have made this change to fund 6,500 teachers.

The privacy of a woman is non-negotiable, and I hope the Minister will agree that we need to carefully monitor technological advancements to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, in particular with regard to AI tools being used to undress women and children without consent. What steps is the Minister taking to ensure the continued protection of women and children?

I agree with the hon. Lady, and she will know that we have already taken action in this area to ensure that the law is strong and firm, but of course, there is always the question of enforcement running alongside it. As technology adapts and changes rapidly, it is of course the responsibility of this Government to ensure that the law keeps pace with that change and that women are protected from the potential misuse of technology, which can be an amazing force for good, but in the wrong hands can cause serious harm.

["Shivani Raja highlighted the significant financial challenges facing community pharmacies in Leicester East and across the country. She mentioned that there has been a 19.5% increase in online pharmacies since 2021, but the closures of independent pharmacies are due to structural financial strains. Since 2016, England has lost roughly 1,000 pharmacies, which is an 8% decline. In Leicester East, the local provision has dropped from 32 pharmacies to 29, a net loss of 9%. She also pointed out the reimbursement model's failure for medicines, the disparity in business rates relief between pharmacies and other small high street businesses, and the struggle between rising operating costs and fixed incomes. Additionally, she mentioned the acute workforce crisis in pharmacies, with 60% of pharmacy teams reporting active staffing shortages."]
