Energy price guarantee is key to growth plan, but too few know about it. Can I urge PM to have a nationwide mail-out campaign to communicate what Government are doing to assess people on reduction of energy?

On investment zones, can I urge the Secretary of State to consider mixed-use zones that feature housing and pension fund investments similar to what is seen in the Netherlands?

Investment zones are being considered for the UK, similar to those seen in the Netherlands.

I thank my hon. Friend for his question. We believe that zones can support both housing and jobs, and clearly, in some cases, this could be on the same site.

May I urge her to continue the work of the former cycling Minister and Active Travel England, who were enthusiastic supporters of the improvement and upgrading of the cycle route between Newcastle and Hexham, and ultimately to Carlisle?

My parliamentary neighbour is nothing if not a champion for all things active travel. I would be very happy for him to sit down with the new cycling Minister to discuss that in more detail. I agree with him absolutely that we need to look at such important cycleways, which offer a series of new economic opportunities, and get those spades in the ground as quickly as possible.

The energy price guarantee is an outstanding part of the growth plan. It is key, but far too few businesses and households know about it. May I urge the Chancellor to have a nationwide mail-out campaign, coupled with the Government taking the lead on the reduction of energy in all public buildings, as Germany and other countries are doing? That would have the twin benefits of saving consumers money and reducing taxpayer subsidies.

The Chancellor was asked to communicate more effectively about the energy price guarantee and reduce energy consumption in public buildings.

My hon. Friend makes an excellent suggestion. Obviously I am very careful not to make unfunded spending commitments on the Floor of the House, but his suggestion is very well made and we should look into it.

Free Childcare Entitlement Uptake For Universal Credit Recipients
