Key Requests to Government:

My first ask is to leave our kids alone until they are old enough and mature enough to make these decisions. Opened the debate
I am deeply concerned about the growing number of cases involving young people questioning their gender identity before they reach puberty. I believe that making non-binary a legal identity and encouraging young individuals to take irreversible medical steps at an early age will have detrimental effects on them due to their immaturity. There are also concerns regarding single-sex spaces being compromised, leading to safety issues for women in various settings such as prisons, changing rooms, and schools.

About Westminster Hall Debates

Westminster Hall debates are a chance for MPs to raise important issues affecting their constituents and get a response from a government minister. Unlike Prime Minister's Questions, these debates are more in-depth and collaborative. The MP who secured the debate speaks first, other MPs can contribute, and a minister responds with the government's position.
