Action Requested
Ratification by both parties is required for the Withdrawal Agreement to enter into force by 23:00 GMT on 31 January. The UK-EEA EFTA Separation Agreement will be provisionally applied from exit day and subject to parliamentary scrutiny processes under the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010.
