Issue Summary

Action Requested
Consultations will be launched to seek views on updating the Investigations Code of Practice and a separate consultation by the Attorney General on guidance for prosecutors. Following the introduction of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Bill, another consultation will be held on changes to support cryptoasset recovery. The updated Codes of Practice will then be laid before Parliament.
