We are developing our own most favoured nation tariff schedule to ensure costs are low for consumers and UK manufacturers are not disadvantaged. In a US trade deal, we aim to bring down the 28% tariff on ceramics from Stoke-on-Trent. We will also establish the trade remedies authority to take tough action against dumping from anti-competitive nations.
