The UK is about to regain full control over its immigration system.
With the post-covid economy facing unprecedented challenges, will the Minister reconsider the resident labour market test which requires jobs to be offered locally before hiring from abroad?
We want to encourage as many people as possible from the UK to take up available jobs. Our points-based system ensures only high-skilled individuals can enter, but Parliament will review this balance.
