What discussions has the Secretary of State had with the Chancellor of the Exchequer on the effect of Budget 2020 on the Scottish Government's block grant?
I have regular discussions with the Chancellor, and all my Cabinet colleagues, on how the Government can help Scotland through these challenges. This includes an extra £1.9 billion cash boost for Scotland, bringing the covid-19 funding to nearly £2.7 billion for Scotland.
