I visited St Athan last week where I met my right hon Friend Alun Cairns and military personnel. My officials are working closely with MOD and Welsh Government officials to secure bases' future, making good progress on St Athan. The blockage between MOD and Welsh Government has started to loosen, indicating potential for substantial military footprint at St Athan.
