The question concerns progress made on introducing T-levels, a new vocational education programme.
What progress has the Department made on the introduction of T-levels? The courses are rolled out in England; will the Secretary of State join me in encouraging the Welsh Government to observe the progress and consider whether T-levels could be introduced in Wales?
We remain on track for the introduction of T-levels this September. We have selected awarding organisations and continue working with providers through additional funding and training. Collaboration is crucial across all UK Governments to ensure the right skillset; I hope to work with the Welsh Government.

The question pertains to the research conducted on the efficacy of T-levels and whether the Department has a research facility.
Has the Secretary of State done any research into the efficacy of T-levels? Are they working effectively? Does he still have a research facility in his Department?
We will look closely at T-levels to ensure they deliver as expected. The hon. Gentleman and his party supported T-level development; we did not want to make the same mistakes as the previous Labour Government by engaging in policy without evidence.
