Answer from Lucy Frazer (Minister of State for the Solicitor General, Department for Work and Pensions, Ministry of Justice)

We have put forward £100 million for a new scheme called the dynamic framework, enabling local voluntary sector and private companies to bid to provide local services in communities. I welcome the work of the CRC in her area and look forward to seeing their bids.
