The cancellation of the overseas loan service allowance has significantly financially disadvantaged service personnel. Additionally, there is concern that the local overseas allowance will now be paid at a reduced rate and overpayments are being clawed back since repatriation. As people are the military's greatest asset, what measures will be taken to address these issues?
