Many residents of Aberconwy and north Wales rely on good road and rail links along the north Wales coast. Does the Minister recognise the importance of this east-west axis and its benefits for cross-border working?
We certainly recognise the importance of those east-west links, evident from improvements in rail and road infrastructure. Cross-border working is vital and was demonstrated during flood recovery efforts when water supplies were transferred between English and Welsh counties.
