Our plan for jobs is working, with unemployment falling to 4.5% last month. Our £3.8 billion skills revolution will ensure that young people have the skills they need to access those jobs, with T-levels, the largest-ever expansion of traineeships and an incentive of £3,000 for employers hiring apprentices.
