I am concerned about the W Series championship curtailing its season by three races and the lack of funding for women's sports in comparison to their male counterparts. I ask the hon. Friend to commit to working with the W Series to help it continue supporting women drivers, engineers and mechanics into motorsports.
I am a champion for motorsport and enthusiastic about it. The Government cannot intervene directly but is working with the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport on commercial aspects of women's sport and promoting its growth.

I am concerned about the W Series curtailing its season and lack of funding for women's sports. I ask my hon. Friend to commit to working with the W Series to support women drivers, engineers and mechanics in motorsports.
I am a champion for motorsport and watched Jamie Chadwick's phenomenal drive. The season cut is disappointing, but we want women's sports to thrive. Government cannot intervene directly but works with DCMS on commercial aspects of women's sport.

To encourage more women into motorsport and all industries, making workplaces endometriosis-friendly is crucial. With one in 10 women having endometriosis, what encouragement can the Minister give companies to adopt the Endometriosis UK strategy for a supportive work environment?
I agree that women's health issues are important in the workplace. Although exact policy commitment is lacking, I will get the Department of Health and Social Care to write to the hon. Lady regarding this matter.
