The Ministry of Defence remains committed to delivering the planned remediation to Dalgety Bay. MOD and SEPA officials last met formally on 24 November last year, and another meeting is expected before the end of the year. Work has begun and is expected to be completed by September 2023.

The community, SEPA and I were told that remediation would be complete by September this year, yet no progress has been reported. Can he update me urgently on operational progress and ensure the interests of my constituents are prioritised?
Work has begun but was suspended for nesting season. The project is expected to cost several million pounds and be completed by September 2023. I am happy to liaise with him if he wants further discussion.
