The area has a rich industrial heritage and continues to contribute economically, but the town centre is struggling.
Can you explain why the Government have turned their back on Billingham despite its contributions to the economy?
The reason for neglect in some areas is due to decades of poor Labour management and investment. The current Government are investing billions into regeneration, encouraging a bid for round 3 of the levelling-up fund.
