Q1 Partial Answer
Context
Fuel prices have increased due to geopolitical events, affecting many low-income drivers. The Mayor of London's ULEZ expansion has also impacted residents in outer London.
What steps he is taking to support low-income motorists given the recent fuel price volatility and the impact of ULEZ expansions?
The Government are helping low-income motorists by keeping down the cost of motoring. There has been no increase in fuel duty since January 2011, and a 5p cut from fuel duty was extended for another year. This cut, along with the inflation freeze, has saved the average car driver around £100 this year.
Assessment & feedback
Specific measures to address the impact of ULEZ expansion were not addressed.

Context
The Mayor of London's Ultra-Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) expansion has penalised many residents, especially those on lower incomes.
Will he commit to continuing to work with me and colleagues from across outer London to ensure that we are doing all we can to lessen the financial burden on all motorists due to the ULEZ expansion?
The Government's responsibility is to help roll out electric vehicles. The Mayor of London's scrappage scheme is underfunded and slow, a direct consequence of Labour's failure to keep promises to Londoners. The only remedy for Londoners is to vote in Susan Hall.
Assessment & feedback
Commitment to work with the questioner on alleviating ULEZ financial burdens.

Context
Electric vehicles are out of reach for many low-income car owners, and public charging points cost more than home charging options.
We need to incentivise people from all incomes to participate in the green transition. However, electric vehicles are totally out of reach for most car owners, especially those on low incomes. Will the Government close this gap to ensure that everybody is getting a fair deal?
The Government have given £2 billion-worth of support to owners of electric vehicles and to charge point companies. The zero emission vehicle mandate ensures that 22% of vehicle sales this year are zero emission.
Assessment & feedback
Specific measures for public charging points or VAT were not addressed.
