What steps she is taking to help improve the financial resilience of grassroots football clubs. We have many grassroots football clubs in my constituency, including Nuneaton Town and Nuneaton Griff, which have struggled recently with securing a ground and sharing it with competitors.

The hon. Gentleman raises an important point. That is why we are continuing the work of the previous Government by introducing our own Football Governance Bill to hopefully put football on a sustainable footing.

I will put on record that I wish the team good luck and send them my huge thanks and congratulations. The work we are doing to support grassroots football, through our multi-sport grassroots facilities programme, will hopefully grow the grassroots game.

I have previously had discussions with my counterpart in Northern Ireland and I will be delighted to do so again. I am hoping to visit Northern Ireland in the coming months.
