The MP seeks to discuss recent government efforts to encourage foreign investments into Scotland, following a new election result.
What recent discussions has he had with Cabinet colleagues on encouraging inward investment into Scotland?
Investment in the UK to drive growth is the Government's No. 1 priority, and we have already started delivery on it. Just this month, we hosted an international investment summit, at which we announced £63 billion of shovel-ready investment across the UK, including Greenvolt's £2.5 billion investment in Scotland and Iberdrola's £24 billion investment in green energy.

Kenneth Stevenson Lab
Airdrie and Shotts
Context
The MP seeks to understand how the new Labour government's pro-worker, pro-business, pro-growth approach can benefit constituents in Airdrie and Shotts.
After years of Scotland being let down by two poor Governments, how does he see this new Labour Government approach benefiting my constituents in Airdrie and Shotts?
The No. 1 benefit will be that they have him as their Member, championing them. A modern industrial strategy will reignite the industrial and technological potential in all our communities, including the national wealth fund and Great British Energy, which will help rebuild Scotland's industrial base.
Assessment & feedback
He did not provide specific details on how these strategies directly benefit constituents in Airdrie and Shotts or mention any specific projects or investments planned for the area.

Q3 Partial Answer
Chris Law SNP
Dundee Central
Context
The MP seeks clarification on a £20 million levelling-up partnership promised for Dundee, which includes projects such as the university's life sciences innovation district and a new campus for Dundee and Angus college.
Can he assure me today that these projects and the £20 million for Dundee will be committed to in full?
The Budget is in about an hour's time, and the Chancellor will lay out all the spending plans. The biggest impact on his constituency of Dundee will be made by GB Energy, given what that will do to our green energy system; it makes me very surprised that nobody from the SNP voted to back the Bill last night.
Assessment & feedback
He did not provide a commitment or assurance on the £20 million levelling-up partnership funding for Dundee, and instead shifted focus to GB Energy and criticism of the SNP voting record.
