I rise to present a petition on behalf of my constituents of Gower regarding the recommendations on the infected blood scandal. I pay tribute to the tireless campaigning of all those affected, and to the work of my right hon. Friend the Member for Kingston upon Hull North (Dame Diana Johnson), who has led the fight for justice and accountability here in this House.
Two victims of this scandal die every week. Those infected and affected have already waited far too long for justice, and the Government continue to delay. We need action. Justice delayed is justice denied.
