My ministerial colleague will be asked to meet the charity as we aim to support women, especially focusing on ensuring maternity services are safe and trusted by all mums-to-be.

We are committed to making sure that consumers get a fair deal. That is why fuel retailers must remain transparent and not overcharge drivers. The Pumpwatch consultation will require all petrol stations to report prices within 30 minutes of their changing.

Last week, we launched a consultation, closing on 12 March, on requiring petrol stations to report a change in price within 30 minutes. Pumpwatch will enable drivers to make informed decisions on where to buy fuel and will reignite competition.

The maritime domain is hugely important. We will continue to work with NATO and Ukraine, including through NATO's €500 million comprehensive assistance package, to which we have contributed £82 million. In November, the Foreign Secretary attended the first meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Council at Foreign Minister level.

The UK regularly discusses support for Ukraine with NATO allies and partners, including at the recent NATO Foreign Ministers meeting and the NATO-Ukraine Council. Together, we approved an ambitious programme, including on energy security and interoperability. Allies remain steadfast in their commitment to support Ukraine through the winter and for as long as it takes.

The number of midwives has increased by 14% since 2010 with 3,650 more training places. A maternity support programme is providing intensive support for the 32 poorly inspected trusts. The hon. Member should speak to colleagues in Wales where similar issues exist.

First, let me commend my hon. Friend for winning “Speech of the Year” at last night's The Spectator parliamentary awards. She has continued her fine form today. She does an amazing job for the country as the Prime Minister's trade envoy to Kenya, and her recent visit in September was a big success.

I have visited my hon. Friend's constituency, and I know that she has done a great deal of work on the issue of flooding. The Environment Agency works in partnership with the Met Office to provide an online “checking for flooding” service, which is operating today to deal with Storm Babet. Members of the public can check the flood risk, find advice and guidance on how to prepare for flooding, and sign up for warnings on the gov.uk site.

The Government's six-year £5.2 billion flood investment programme benefits both urban and rural communities. Approximately 40% of schemes and 45% of investments are being directed at rural communities, which have benefited from our frequently flooded fund, our natural flood management fund and our flood and coastal innovation programmes.

My hon. Friend raises an important point, and I know she has secured a debate in the House this week to further explore these issues. She will be aware that there has been a 13% increase in the number of midwifery programme place starters since two years ago. That is alongside the £165 million added to the maternity budget since 2021 and the key increase in midwifery places in the long-term workforce plan.

At least two Ministers will be at forum to represent country. There was a voluntary national review in 2019, conducted by former colleague Rory Stewart who said it is work in progress and we are doing well. On wider SDG point, hope whole House will engage with White Paper which can help inject British leadership.

Our top priority is securing a permanent ceasefire. We keep every option open to look after British citizens still in Sudan, including evacuation options.

My hon. Friend never misses an opportunity to raise her constituents' concerns about HS2, both with me and with the Rail Minister, thus doing the job that she was elected to do extremely well. Our priority is to deliver the opening stage of HS2 on schedule and to ensure that high-speed services from Old Oak Common to Birmingham Curzon Street begin between 2029 and 2033, but I have made it clear that phase 1 construction works north of Birmingham from Delta Junction to Fradley—including works at Handsacre—will continue to progress.

In February this year I set out our commitment to reforming the railways. Last month I was pleased to be able to visit Derby and announce its success in being named as the location of the headquarters of Great British Railways. We will publish our response to the rail reform legislation consultation before the summer recess. Meanwhile, we are continuing to deliver rail reform, including the roll-out of pay-as-you-go technology across the network, simplifying industry processes and developing the long-term strategy for rail.

The funding for a crisis centre in Stafford is noted. Mental health ambulances and community intervention measures are also highlighted.

Our plan for jobs includes kickstart for the young, SWAPs, restart, and childcare support. We spend about £6 billion a year on childcare.

Since September 2020, our enhanced DWP youth offer provides wraparound support for 18 to 24-year-old claimants through a tailored pre-employment course. Stafford JCP is hosting an interactive kickstart event tomorrow.

I pay tribute to my hon. Friend for the great work she is doing locally but also for raising the issue of international access to the vaccine. She will know that the UK has contributed £548 million to COVAX AMC, which is the international mechanism that will secure over 1 billion doses. In relation to her virtual Kenya visit, the roll-out of the first deliveries under COVAX has now begun in Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire, and by the end of June, in 92 of these poorer countries, we want to see all the vulnerable receiving their vaccines.

The UK will use its G7 presidency this year to advance equitable access to safe and effective vaccines through widespread international co-operation.

My hon. Friend is absolutely right. Birmingham 2022 will be largest sporting event ever held in the west midlands, delivering a wealth of excellent opportunities, including £350 million in procurement opportunities for local businesses, world-class sporting facilities, a comprehensive volunteering programme and a vibrant cultural programme. The organising committee has created a dedicated business portal called “FinditinBirmingham”, where any business can register to be informed about procurement opportunities. To date, more than 40 opportunities worth around £250 million have been listed on the portal. In addition, our excellent, top-calibre West Midlands Mayor, Andy Street, has championed a £24 million business and tourism programme to help maximise the considerable long-term opportunities for the games.

We remain on track to deliver a fantastic games on time and on budget. It will bring lasting benefits for Birmingham, the west midlands and the whole country. The west midlands region will benefit from £778 million investment to stage the 2022 Commonwealth games in Birmingham, including £594 million of funding from central Government. Along with our partners, we continue to work hard to deliver the games in what are obviously very challenging circumstances.

Daily conversations across entire policing network; Government working closely with partners including emergency services on PPE, suitable testing. Coordinating supplies and policing response as per requests from police officers and chiefs.

I am sure my hon. Friend was pleased by the £500 million a year—£2.5 billion in total, which is more than the £2 billion promised in our manifesto—to help fill potholes, and I look forward to working with her and other colleagues to ensure their potholes are filled as soon as possible.

Coronavirus is the top priority, and we must follow medical and scientific advice. Public Health England continues to advise schools and settings to remain open unless otherwise advised. We are aware of concerns from early years providers about potential closures and are working to minimise the impact. This is a top priority. In the meantime, there is a dedicated helpline for schools and their parents.

The summit was indeed a success, building partnerships with Governments and companies for the future, which will lead to more trade and jobs in both regions.
