The Government are making top-up payments to asylum support enablement cards, but have refused to answer my written parliamentary questions about how many payments have been made and how much is being spent. Can the Home Secretary say why she is covering up this information?

After a serious pollution incident, the Environment Agency produces a help report, which is shared with the Secretary of State's officials, so she would have been notified of the category 1 pollution incident—the most serious rating—that occurred in September 2024 at Stanground, near Whittlesey in my constituency. No prosecution has been made, however. Why not?

Could the Minister confirm from the Dispatch Box that funding will be allocated for the special educational needs school, Lime academy in March, if the local authority confirms to the Government its desire to do so?
Context
In a letter dated 11 January, the Secretary of State stated that the Lime Academy in March could proceed if the local authority responds by 27 February to confirm it is a priority.

We have set out that that special school can continue. In most cases we have given local authorities a choice about whether they want to build a special school or come forward with places that would be fully funded. We can follow up with a letter, but our intention is to provide that support, which is why we have written to the right hon. Member.

Since the Strategic Defence Review, there has been virtually no increase in reserve numbers despite a target of a 20% rise. Additionally, media reports suggest that the MOD may be asked to make efficiency savings, which could affect reserve service days and morale."]
