In just 18 months this Government have ended the disastrous 1996 Tory privatisation of military housing, which cost the taxpayer billions of pounds. We have repaired 1,000 military homes in the poorest condition ahead of schedule, and we have kick-started a landmark £9 billion repair and renewal of 36,000 forces homes. Does the Minister agree that this is more action in 18 months than the last lot managed in 14 years?

The last Government had 14 years to fix defence family housing and failed, delivering instead record low levels of satisfaction. We have reversed that disastrous privatisation of our military housing, we have a landmark housing strategy to renew or repair nine in 10 homes, and we are creating a new defence housing service.

I recently visited Boutique Flowers on Carlton Hill in Gedling, which is a brilliant local business owned by Sally and Tina. They told me that they are losing thousands of pounds as a result of fraudulent chargebacks, and many small businesses are facing the same issue across the country. Will the Minister work with small businesses, banks, and payment providers to reform the chargeback system and put an end to this growing fraud scandal that is hitting small businesses across the country?
Context
A local business, Boutique Flowers on Carlton Hill in Gedling, is losing thousands of pounds as a result of fraudulent chargebacks. Many other small businesses across the country are facing similar issues.

I thank Boutique Flowers for everything that it contributes to my hon. Friend’s local community. That sort of fraud is galling when someone is trying to keep a local business going, and colleagues in the Home Office and my Department are working on a new expanded fraud strategy to be published early next year.

Will the Minister meet me and other MPs who have significant hydrogen and fuel cell manufacturers in their constituencies to discuss how existing Government support for hydrogen can best drive UK growth and jobs?
Context
Luxfer Gas Cylinders in Gedling employs over 200 people and is a key supplier to hydrogen allocation round 1 projects, looking to expand manufacturing of high-pressure hydrogen cylinders.

I was pleased to address a meeting of Hydrogen UK just last week, where I reaffirmed Government support for the sector which we have recognised through our industrial strategy and the clean energy industries sector plan. I would be happy to meet my hon. Friend to discuss in particular Luxfer’s ambitions to invest more in the UK.

Residents in Woodborough village have faced the devastation of flooding far too many times in recent years. Will my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State therefore work with me, Woodborough flood action group and Woodborough parish council to bring forward a much-needed flood alleviation scheme for that village?
Context
Residents of Woodborough village face frequent flooding issues. The local flood action group and parish council seek a flood alleviation scheme.

Protecting communities from flooding is a top priority. We have launched the flood resilience taskforce and are investing £2.4 billion over this year and next for improved flood resilience. Another £50 million investment has been announced into internal drainage boards.
