Does Chancellor agree that ensuring the financial services sector is protected in any trade agreement with EU will help finance infrastructure projects?

The fantastic Fulham Boys School, a Church of England-sponsored free school with co-patrons including Greg Hands and Bishop Graham Tomlin, will open its new site in September after a decade-long campaign. However, the latest wave of free school applications shows very few involve the Church of England. How can you, in your role, encourage the Church to sponsor more free schools?

The Church of England educates a million children and runs one-fifth of all schools in England, with 91% rated good or outstanding. It sponsors the largest number of academies at 900 in the country. I am pleased about the Fulham Boys School's successful search for a new site, and many parents are satisfied with it.

My local Labour party is spreading misinformation about the closure of the Parsons Green walk-in centre, which is confirmed by the clinical commissioning group to be in good use. Will the Secretary of State join me in condemning this scare tactic?

The local Labour party has been running a campaign suggesting the closure of the Parsons Green walk-in centre.

Last year, I secured the long-term future of the Parsons Green walk-in centre. Despite the announcement, misinformation continued to spread, supported by the local Labour party and Andy Slaughter. Their tactics are a disgrace as they cause unnecessary worry among vulnerable people. I want to assure everyone in Parsons Green that their walk-in centre will remain open.

Welcoming Mr Speaker and the new Secretary of State, Greg Hands inquired about recent assessments of the effectiveness of the 2016 fiscal framework agreement. He highlighted that negotiations alternated between London and Edinburgh and noted the creation of a powerful devolved Parliament with tax powers under the Scotland Act 2016.

The fiscal framework agreement was signed in February 2016 to manage the financial relationship between the UK and Scottish Governments.

Welcoming Mr Hands and acknowledging his role in the agreement, Alister Jack stated that the Scottish Parliament is more accountable with its tax powers. He noted regret over Scotland's status as the most highly taxed part of the UK but emphasised the extra £1.2 billion allocated to Scotland in the spending round.
