I beg to move, That the clause be read a Second time. The new clauses aim to address aviation emissions and noise impacts by amending the CAA's duties under the Transport Act 2000 to include the achievement of net zero aviation emissions by 2050 and progressive reduction in aircraft noise. They also require consideration of noise pollution from military aviation, consultation restarts for airspace change proposals, financial impact assessments on the Airspace Change Organisation Group (ACOG), and externalities assessment including air, noise pollution, and road traffic congestion.
