Opened the debate
Mr Fysh raised a point of order regarding his inability to register an interest in the large-scale change of policy by the parliamentary contributory pension fund, which is now investing in renewable energy amounting to at least 10% of the fund. He argued that due to significant Government-mandated transition and subsidy for renewables, it should be obvious that members of the public might reasonably think such investment may influence MPs' actions or words.
