Provides evidence of Wagner's violent actions in Ukraine, Syria, Central African Republic, Sudan, Libya, Mozambique, Mali, and elsewhere, including alleged war crimes. Concludes by urging allies to follow suit and supporting Ukraine against Russia’s aggression.
